Effective immediately, passengers and users of the Nanaimo Harbour Heliport will notice a change in the traffic access to the Port of Nanaimo Welcome Centre. Please allow extra time to accommodate for the changes when coming to the Welcome Centre for your Helijet flight or to pick-up and drop-off guests.
The Port of Nanaimo has advised that Gate 3 is no longer in use, instead vehicle traffic will continue south to follow a new permanent route (marked in blue on the diagram) to the Helijet parking area.
